About Joshua Costa, NP
Joshua Costa earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, MA. He then furthered his medical expertise, earning is Masters of Nursing Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Regis College in Weston, MA. His clinical interests include emergency medicine, cardiology, and ear, nose, and throat.
Joshua’s personal philosophy of care is centered on treating, listening, and understanding his patients’ concerns in the same way that he would want someone that is caring for his family member to do. Joshua approaches each patient case in a holistic manner, treating and addressing every aspect of his patient’s overall health and wellbeing while viewing them as someone from his community who he can make a connection with and help in a time of need.
When not at work Joshua enjoys golfing, fishing, gardening, and woodworking.

I was beyond impressed with everything. From being checked in to checking out. I was treated so well. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly.. Joshua Costa was amazing. I highly recommend him .. he was so caring and helpful and listened extremely well. A very pleasant experience.

Joshua Costa, NP always listens and goes above and beyond. The support staff is excellent. I have to see Joshua Costa every six months and I am very grateful for him.
The audio test tech did a wonderful job.
I waited 4 months for the appointment and during my visit the doctor looked for about 1 minute and said he didn't saw anything that concerned him. I would've appreciated if he gave me more insights about the concern that I had during my visit.
Professional, competent and available. My only issue with southcoast is my need for a primary care physician.

Josh Costa has been working with my son since 2022. He has always explained what he is doing and asks questions or clarifies any question we may have. He makes my son feel comfortable every visit and takes the time to listen to my 5 year old. We highly recommend Josh!

Rushed. Lack of interest.
The provider seemed disinterested in the things I had a complaint about , basically said I must have a migraine and just referred me to a neurologist, also said that I did not need to schedule any future appointments unless I wanted to. It felt like he just wanted to move on to the next patient.
I saw Josh Costa, PA and he was very thorough and took the time to explain what was going on and suggested the next steps that should be taken to help me feel better. He was amazing. The entire staff at ENT were great!
