About Brian Costa FNP
Brian Costa, FNP earned an Associate degree of Science in Nursing from Bristol Community College in Fall River, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts before obtaining his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts.
Brian’s clinical education inspired him to take on the challenge of being able to care for the most complex populations in our communities. He chose Primary Care because he believes it plays an important role in the prevention of illness and the improvement of health.
He encourages a healthy and welcoming relationship with his patients. He wants them to feel comfortable to express their health concerns.
Brian is a life-long South Coast resident and when not at work, he enjoys skiing, camping and spending time with his dog Cooper.

Brian was very aware of my other doctors care and my history. He gave me a tetnuus shot that I needed and took an a1c test to check for diabetes and schedueled an pnumonia shot for me. He was great.
It was my first time seeing Brian Costa, NP. What a friendly, caring and compassionate provider. I'd see him again in a heartbeat!
Brian Costa, NP was prompt, professional, thorough and caring. He made me feel my health was very important to him and I left feeling good about my therapy plan. He walked me to X-Ray rather than just saying where to go. Exceptional.

My visit today did not need any improvement at all from when I walked in reception then to the nurse she was amazing and the doctor truly amazing and going X-ray They were amazing as well. I am glad I stayed at South Coast because at one point I wanted to leave, but I'm very happy.

I had Brian Costa for the first time. He spent a lot of time throughly reviewing health and issues. He made excellent recommendations that I an following.

His manner was such that I found myself sharing more than I normally do. The provider I've seen was Brian Costa. I'd have to say he's very conscientious, pays attention, reviewed my case before I even went in, talked about goals, where I've been, what I need to get better, and I just think he's very, very thorough, very understanding. His follow-up is fantastic. If I would recommend anybody there, I'd say he's top-notch.
