Nicole was an awesome nurse practitioner. I love the way she explained things. She was great to talk to.
This was my first time seeing Nicole Ricco. I thought she was great. I felt so comfortable with her. She took the time to explain everything. Great bedside manner, I can not say enough to express how positively I felt throughout my visit.
Everything was explained. I was asked if I had any questions. I was told that if at anytime I don't feel well, call rather than going to urgent care
So it's my first time meeting Nicole, but I had a very good visitation, and I would recommend her to any member of my family.

I am very grateful that the South Coast health clinic in Fall River had a "sick" appointment available this morning, so I didn't have to wait all the way till Monday afternoon. I feel as though everybody in their office really listened; was very helpful; it was wonderful that they had a lab service right there!

Nicole was great. She listened to all my problems. I had a great visit with her. [Name] her MA is excellent. She answered all my questions. The only thing that I had an issue with was the front desk was too loud. And I really think that's unprofessional. But otherwise, the visit was great.

Nicole was really nice, respectful, listened, dealt with my complicated situation with care and thoughtfulness, and I think made really good decisions. She also followed up twice as promised. The facilities are a big change for us, old mill with lots of corridors to get where you're going, but it's clean and the people at Southcoast are very nice, and good at what they do, and that's most important.
I consider myself blessed to have met with Nicole. I don't ever remember being as sick as I was for the apt. Nicole was thorough, went into great detail about my condition and arrived at a plan going forward. I really appreciated her time and effort.
