About Michael Roberts, MD
Dr. Michael Roberts (Abuelyazeed) earned his medical degree from the University of Asyut, Egypt, and conducted his residency in internal medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in McKeesport, PA. He is board certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine since 2015.
Prior to becoming a primary care physician with Southcoast Physicians Group, Dr. Roberts served as a hospitalist physician at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA.
He has been a member of the American College of Physicians since 2012. In addition, he taught Boston University medical students in basic diagnosis and management skills of hospitalized patients.
Michael speaks Arabic.

Everyone was courteous. Dr. Roberts reviews issues we need to F/U on and new labs. He explains why he is ordering a lab test especially if a result comes back abnormal he wants to look further for the cause and understand for my care going forward. He listens to my questions and we talk about my view and what I want to do.
