About Peter Cohn, MD
Dr. Peter Cohn is an Invasive Cardiologist at Southcoast Health and the Physician-in-Chief of Cardiovascular Care.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Rutgers Medical School. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, R.I., and a fellowship in cardiology at the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass.
Dr. Cohn is an invasive cardiologist who performs diagnostic cardiac catheterizations as well as pacemaker and defibrillator implants in the Interventional Cardiology Department at Southcoast.
He is board certified in cardiology and is certified by the Heart Rhythm Society for device implants.

Always felt I had their total attention.
Truesdale cardiology has always been number 1 in my life. They gave my mom the best life even after being told she was in severe health. My husband has had 2 bypass surgeries which would never of been possible with truesdale cardiology and their care.

Dr. Cohn did his best to make sure I was seen in time to pick up my daughter in law. He was running late and I was notified st the desk. It has never happened before and I understand that there are times other situations take precedence. He is a wonderful dr.
