Karphly Murdock FNP-BC

Karphly Murdock, FNP BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Southcoast Health with clinical interests in preventive health, women’s health, and immigrant health. She is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, culturally responsive care that emphasizes advocacy, education, and shared decision-making.

At Southcoast Health, Karphly provides primary care across the lifespan, partnering with patients to support wellness, chronic disease management, and long-term health goals. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, she values active listening and collaboration as essential components of effective, compassionate care.

Karphly earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse in high-acuity settings, including medical-surgical care, trauma, and gastrointestinal oncology, which informs her comprehensive clinical approach.

Outside of work, Karphly enjoys staying active with her family, taking outdoor walks with her two dogs, and participating in fitness classes such as Zumba and kickboxing.
