Ramona is and always has been awesome. I truly hope she is valued there by so because she is the best and most professional provider we've experienced till this point of our lives. My son's feel comfortable with her and so do I. She definitely is so caring and puts the needs of the children first and I appreciate that.
Ramona and staff are friendly , informative, professional, And truly care about their patients . My daughter absolutely loves going to her appointments , Ramona always answers and explains to any questions that she may have .
Ramona has always, always, always been very amazing. She listens. She understands. She doesn't, you know, talk you down or anything like that, which some doctors do. I actually, you know, I'm going to be sad when my daughter's too old to go to New York because she's that good. I appreciate Ramona very, very much. And the staff is wonderful as well, always showing care, kindness, concern, have always been there for us. And I'm super appreciative.

Ramona is amazing and she was also one of my providers as a child and she showed the same professionalism and sincerity to my children as she did to myself as I was growing and has so far shown the same courtesy to my children.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, everyone we encountered in the office was friendly and very attentive to myself and my child. Ramona, as always, is such an excellent provider. She remembers things from previous appointments and was very good about interacting with him and engaging me. I highly, highly, highly recommend Ramona in the office to all my family and friends in the community. Best pediatric officer around.
