Now patients who seek services at Southcoast’s Urgent Care Centers in Fairhaven and Wareham can wait in the comfort of their own homes until it’s their turn to be seen.
Patients can visit Cuidados urgentes to find the closest center, check its current wait time and click “Save My Spot” to get in line electronically. They can also view the wait time for other locations and choose to save their spot elsewhere if it is more convenient. The system works for same-day appointments only.
While online check-in does not guarantee an appointment time, it does allow one to wait comfortably at home and reduce the waiting time at the Urgent Care location.
