I felt very comfortable and well informed. Sami was very informative and very professional.
Sammy was well informed about my health condition, about the pacemaker work I had had done several days earlier. She knew about my comorbidity of having multiple myeloma, while this was more about pacemaker related issues. She was knowledgeable about my options. She was incredibly helpful and realized at one point she needed to have the electrophysiologist come talk with us. And within one minute, she had him in the room and he spent the next 10 minutes with us. She is an absolute gem.
Sami was thorough and listened carefully to what I had to say.
Excellent customer service, customer care, and she actually talked with me, not down to me. And she explained things in simple language that I could understand and actually showed concern and care for my well-being.
As I told Sambath Crosson during our visit, she knows more than I don about my own condition. Self-effacing, she pointed to the monitor with all the details about my condition on full display; however, she did a thorough reading of all those notes, even to the point of mentioning my hospitalization in August for a broken femur. She was also a caring and thoughtful provider.

I was seen at my appointment time with no wait. The office staff and Sambathu00A0were very courteous, polite, and friendly. I was there for pre-admission testing. My procedure was explained in depth in terms that I could fully understand. I love this medical group.

The provider was aware of the issue regarding the issue going on with my pacemaker and had already alerted the Boston Scientific rep to come and assess the situation. Sh thoroughly explained next steps and later called me to inform me that I would get a call to confirm the plan. I received the call in 45 minutes . Excellent visit
