The NP Samy was very professional. She knew my complete heart history. She made me feel comfortable and explained my upcoming procedure making me feel comfortable about the next surgery. My wife and I both enjoyed her ability to communicate with us to answer and explain our questions so we understood. She is really special. We really appreciate the time we spent with her. First of all treated me with respect and let me know everything that was going on I was well informed
My visit which consisted of 3 appointments, went very well. It was very well arranged and planned out. We went from one appointment to the next and everything ran on schedule. Also, everyone made sure that we knew exactly where we were going next. They were all very helpful. It was actually a very pleasant visit!
It was all explained very well and nurse practitioner was very polite and explained my upcoming procedure. She was great I believe her name was Sam.
