It was my first visit with this provider and she provided excellent service.
Office staff was very attentive to my needs for an appointment that day because of my medical issue. the PA listened to my concerns and explained the new course of action with a follow up should my issue not correct itself.
Dr Shannon was terrific. She listened and answers all of my questions. Explained what needs to be done and will inform me after the procedure.
Support staff kind and respectful. Nurse practitioner was informative, actually listened, and made a plan for future care. Good visit.
