The parking situation for handicap people is abominable, no valet presence on this day made it extremely difficult to get to appointments on time. Even though the same service could have been provided in Dartmouth no attempt was made to arrange this simple courtesy
The attending physician along with the nurse practitioner had excellent bedside manners. Both providers listened very carefully to my concerns and took a detailed history of my symptoms. Different options were discussed and explained to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Great empathy was exhibited.
