Kathryn Titcomb was excellent, as always.. greeted me, knew why I was there, did an exam and was able to prescribe a new CPAP.. she called and discussed different machines available prior to ordering it. Then received a follow up call to say the order had been processed!! Wish all providers were as pleasant and professional as she is! Office staff was also so pleasant !
Explains drugs well and made me feel comfortable

She took care of me alot better than the other doctor did for my ears she made shore that all the wax is all out of my ears than the other doctor.
Very welcoming office love that they made their own space their own with decorations and it looks like a happy place. Katie has that warm welcoming smile I feel like she is family.

Yes, I was very impressed with how I was taken care of from the girl at the front desk to everyone and especially the ante specialist. She was awesome. And they really listened and I'm a nurse, so I get it. So it really meant a lot. I was so impressed. So please, you know, voted a 10 for everything. Please let them know how great they were. Katy Titcomb is professional but caring, concernedand interested in my health and wellbeing. I neverfeel rushed. She answers all questions and/or gives me an explanation for my concern.The office is run efficiently with a polite front deskstaff. There is never a wait to be seen.

This is a 10, this is a program, this is a provider who has been taking care of my adult daughter with special needs, who needs to be seen every month. And despite not one, but two of her providers not being available, they were very quickly kept my same appointment that same day and got a third provider involved to be able to provide my daughter with care. This is why we recommend South Coast ENT to everybody we know.
Having Kathryn Titcomb in your employ is the best thing for Southcoast. She is very professional and patient orientated.

Provider was professional and communicated well
The staff was professional and treated me with warmth and respect. I was seen promptly and when I had to wait for a test I was provided a comfortable area. The exam room was slightly cooler than I would have preferred, but not overly so.
