She explained everything even drew me a picture of what she saw in my throat. Very satisfied with her
She listened, had a culture done, went over my chart history. She set up an appointment with another doctor. She's good. I like her. Realizes the importance of antibiotics. She knows there is bacteria in my sinus. It could be a fungus. ER doctors and other doctors told me to not take the antibiotics. I know I need it and she told me to take it.
Katie is just the best! She listens and genuinely seems to care!! Going to the Dr sucks but honestly seeing Katie DOES NOT!!! Even though it can be tough to get in to see her it is definitely worth the wait!! I am extremely appreciative of the expert care I receive at ENT!!!

From the time I walked in was a very welcoming experience. The young lady that went over my meds was lovely, Katie is awesome and I had [Name], for the first time, who did the hearing test was very nice, and treated me with kindness. Great experience!
Nice people, didn't feel rushed
Katie Titcomb is absolutely wonderful. She is so friendly and makes the appointment much easier and enjoyable. All the staff there is super friendly. I do not live super close to their offices, but I will continue to make the drive because of how friendly and caring the staff is.

Really, I can't offer any comments on how to make my experience with Kathryn any better than it was. As a matter of fact, this was my second visit with her, and I, during the interim between the first and the second visit, I've already recommended family and friends to see her, and I'm sure she would take just as great care as she did with me.
This was my first visit to this office it was an amazing experience I felt heard and understood. My doctor was amazing all around she answered every question and concern I had for many years. I am very satisfied with my experience.

The office was great. Everything went well. You guys need to get away with the call center because you can never get back through to the office to speak to anybody when you have questions. It's a horrible way to do healthcare.

This provider is very warm and caring and is a very good listener, a wonderful professional. She was away for a while and she came back because she had to work in a different office and I was so thrilled to have her back because I really missed her. She just does such a good job and she makes you feel like family. I just think she is the most wonderful physician that I have had to deal with.

Very pleasant informative visit.
My visit was switched to tela health visit and a call was preceded by a call from office then a call from the PA..it was a follow up visit in my CPAP and how it was working for me.. Kathryn Titcomb was knowledgeable about my case.. great PA..and great appointment!!
