Appointment with Dr. MacArthur was very nice with back and forth conversation about my past, present and future health . She is very easy to talk to . I'm very pleased to have her as my PCP.

This provider is the only one who has made me feel heard. As a young chronically ill patient, I have been tossed around and dismissed due to my complex illnesses. This provider is the asset that Swansea family desperately needed.
The facility was really clean. Everyone was polite. Staff was polite. Things went really well. The provider was amazing. She answered every question I needed to ask in a manner that someone elderly could understand the words and what she didn't know. She would find out for me. So they were amazing. I was very happy with my previous provider but had a very good first experience with the new one.
