I am very happy with the experience I have had going through the weight loss program. When I send them a message, they reply very quickly. We always discuss the options that will work best for me.
She listened to my concerns thoroughly, thought about the best way for us to proceed, and answered all the questions that I had. She was very helpful and kind.
I was able to message my provider from My Chart very late at night the evening prior to my appointment and she answered me and address it the very next day. Fast and easy communication.
