I had to wait two months for an appointment that felt urgent at the time I made it.
Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and supportive. She knew of my recent injuries and asked about them, even though it did not impact my surgical follow-up. Very professional and compassionate
Dr. Kelly takes the time to explain in detail what she is doing and why. She takes the time to listen and answers all questions. She is reassuring and down to earth. I transferred my care to her when she left Hawthorn. Have been going to her for years and will continue to do so.
All of the medical support staff, including the women working the check-in windows/phones, were warm and receptive, demonstrably invested in helping patients access quality care/providing quality care. I also had quite a good experience with Dr. Kelly. Dr. Kelly was kind, a good listener, easy to understand, and just generally made me feel at ease. I feel much more prepared for and less anxious my upcoming procedure because of the women in this office.

I had previously had a horrible experience at years ago at a different facility - and I was VERY nervous and scared; Dr. Kelly was SO understanding and patient!! In fact all of the girls in the office from front desk to the Ultra Sound Tech were so amazing and understanding. Very grateful
