My experience was great
The staff of this office is very welcoming, nice and they all seem very happy which is a great thing to walk into as a patient.
First, I was not able to do an office visit because I am caring for someone I could not leave alone so I requested a telehealth and the office gave me one on the same day as my canceled OV so I was so pleased.

Provider is informed, listens to patients, discussing options. Office staff is excellent. Couldn't have better things to say! After years if weight gain and related health complications, someone finally listened and I am now down 45 pounds and no longer a cardiac risk. Couldn't be happier with this providers willingness to listen and to treat me like an individual. A rarity with today's manage card and insurance dictatorship to their bottom line at the expense of the patient.

Provide link to telehealth before visit or at least communicate to patient that it will be sent in text message at the exact time the appointment will start for you to join. Did not have any info about that and was very confused and concerned when appointment time came and had no link
