I felt that the person that I was with took the time and effort to explain very thoroughly what I wanted to have known and took the time to use some illustrations, basically a bone structure so that I could get a better appreciation of what was happening and what would the therapy do for me. He was very informative and very helpful. That's really all I need to say. I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything like he did. So I give him a 10.

I was taken in on time to see the provider. However, I would have felt a little bit better if he were able to answer some of my questions.

They did everything right, they arrived safely with me, they did everything right.
PA did an awesome job, there was a small mix up in the beginning but he definitely made up for it and actually went beyond to compensate. He did not need to do that but he did and we appreciated all he did.
Listened to my concerns and gave great advice going forward. Very kind and spent time with me explaining procedure I had done.
The PA Matthew Viglianti was very caring and thorough in his examination of me. Went through all my health concerns and took out the staples in my neck. Highly recommend
