We were listened to and well advised on how to handle problems in other areas of our care. Would use this office again if needed. Facility was clean and well run.
Vicki is great! She is knowledgeable, smart, patient, listens well, answers all my questions. I regret that they cannot be my PCP as well as my cardiologist. Southcoast has been rated in the past as the best because of outstanding customer service. Whoever is making the changes has taken a step away from that goal.

Vicki made sure she followed up on every single thing that happened to me when I entered the hospital and she looked at all of my medications and how I was feeling and she really, really took the time to find out how I was mentally and physically and anything else that I needed help with she was willing to help.

I had a very positive experience on my visit to South Coast Health to see Vicki St. Payne, nurse practitioner. My primary care doctor is Dr. [Name] [Name]. The clerical staff, the nurse's aide or nurse who initially checked me in and set me up with a halter monitor was outstanding and Vicki St. Payne was very attentive, professional, engaged and care-oriented for myself.

Nurse Vicki is always very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful during my visits. It has always been a pleasure to be part of this medical office and will miss them, I will need to transition to a different doctor.
