The support staff was very attentive and courteous and helpful and the doctor, Dr. McCormick, was not only very caring and knowledgeable and related quite well with all the health issues that I am going through, but he was personable and upbeat. The experience was very comforting to know that after all these years, he is very attentive to all the changes that I have gone through and asked some very important questions and set up some test blood work to be done.

I have so many specialists that it is so helpful having a PCP take care of me as a whole person!! I was able to get my lab work done right after my appointment which was very convenient. Improve my experience: This was the first time when being called in from the waiting room that another patient had the same first name and because she sat closer they went in before I got up. I think they should also say not only the first name but the MD you are seeing.
Excellent professional staff. Doctor McCormack, my doctor of 15 years, is the best. It's why when I sold my house in Rochester and moved to RI I didn't change.
After the Dr saw me he said someone will be in to give a flu shot after he closed the door it was 1/2 hour before he opened the door and said your still here and then another 10 minutes before the girl came and gave me the shot .that should be improved

I came in on the wrong day and Dr McCormack said put her in. He didn't send me away. I was there for my disability paperwork and he said how is it going. I told him about an issue and he took care of it right away. He told me his plan for my next visit. He is a fantastic physician I have been his patient since he came to Wareham.
