Sarah called at the time, indicated, you know, she wasn't late, I didn't have to wait. She was wonderful. She was up to date on everything that I had had, different tests, other doctors I had gone to. And yes, she was very caring, and she knew what to say to me and how things were going to be. I have been seeing Sarah Souza for my migraines for a while now. We've had to try quite a few medications and she knows how to navigate insurance, including prior authorizations with speed, patience and knowledge to smooth any major delays. I know I'm in good hands with Sarah. She puts my mind at ease. Sarah is an asset to Southcoast Health and the Neurology Department.
This provider consistently goes above and beyond to listen to what is going on and discuss options. If this provider were not a specialist, I would be thrilled to have them as my primary.
