I love Dr. Rose shorter she cares about me and my health so much and I love the whole Southcoast systems. I love how I can have all of my labs done immediately about waiting. I was a hawthorne medical patient for 25 years and I am so happy to be with Southwest.

u00A0The good thing is from the check-in ladies to the nursing assistant that saw me before Dr. Shorter to the checkout, everybody was fantastic. Time-wise, courtesy, making you feel comfortable, explaining things well. I absolutely love Dr. Shorter. If she moved away another 50 miles, I would still drive that far to have her take care of me. And as I said, the rest of the staff, absolutely fantastic.

Everyone was friendly. Dr. Shorter takes the time and listens and asks questions. This is only my second visit with her and I am very comfortable. I would be happy to be with her for years to come.
