Olivia Collins NP

In my brief interaction with this provider I found her to be slightly dismissive and condescending. I did not feel that she understood my concerns and I felt rushed, I have not found this to be the case with other providers in that office.

Olivia did well. She listened to all my concerns and worked with me on what I needed to do.

I got in in a timely manner. The nurse practitioner I saw was fantastic and she listened and she did a thorough examination and was very thorough about helping figure out what was going on.

np was courteous and very pleasant. Checked my history and suggested immunization that needed to be done. It was a very good visit.

Olivia was a professional that made me confident in her.

She is thorough, knowledgeable, considered, and pleasant. Nothing from this provider.

I see no reason for improvement. The support staff and nurse practitioner Olivia were more than respectful to my needs. She was prompt in putting through the X-rays I needed for that day and my prescriptions were ready. Also. I have no complaints on this visit

I feel like in the last 3 or 4 years getting an appt. With my primary is almost impossible. I actually saw the nurse practioner for my physical today, whom by the way was fantastic butat my age it would have been nice to see my primary.

I saw Olivia on Thursday. She greeted me. She was very kind. She asked me if it's okay to be recorded for her notes. She listened and she made me feel well taken care of. I would definitely see her again.

Customer service was exceptional. They were thorough and explained everything. I was happy with my experience!
