NP Nicole Arnold always listens to what I have to say, answers my questions, and explains things so I understand.
Nicole is thoughtful in assessing the information I am sharing with her and then explained the next steps in different ways when I asked questions. I felt she listened and was able to provide the care I was seeking. [Name]u00A0a receptionist, was very pleasant and helpful with setting up follow up appointments on my behalf. I had everything set up when I left which I sincerely appreciated.

I was allowed to speak with a Nurse Practitioner right away.The office was able to fit me in on the same day. Everyone is very compassionate and understanding.

Got an appointment quickly - in 2 days. Referral was sent to a specialist and received a referral for an X-ray for a separate issue. All concerns addressed and shot record updated.
I come from out of state and drive an hour and ten minutes to see Nicole because she is just so phenomenal and takes the time to really listen and care for me. Her bedside manner is amazing, and as a provider myself, I truly appreciate everything she brings to my visits and her critical thinking to look at my picture as a whole! Because my doctor is so great Nicole Arnold everybody else follows suit right behind her she is amazing and the reason you guys get top scorer on everything is mainly because of her but all the other things that go on in your office following suit so I'm good and happy and I would pass that on that's the best around

Nurse Practitioner listens to all my questions and concerns and explains everything to me.She's professional and personable.
Had a problem checking in and was told I might have to reschedule. Luckily one of the other staff jumped in and resolved the problem and prevented a bad situation where I would have had to reschedule.
