She was pleasant and upbeat as she asked me medication questions and took my blood sugar and oxygen levels. Dr. Arumugam came in and told me how I lowered my A1C and then she listened to my concerns and then added her thoughts, prescriptions and future plans for me. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Arumugam and this wonderful Southcoast Health practice. Thank you!

I think she was very interested in my health, asked me questions about any upcoming appointments, any visits with my primary care, and what to do next, and to let her be aware of any changes.
The provider called me on the day that was scheduled, even though it was a storm day and the office was closed. She certainly went over my tests with me and lab scores and we made a plan for a short term six months from now for an ultrasound and for my visit to her office. So other than that, I'm just glad she called me and listened to what I was asking her.
