I waited 45min before I asked the receptionist if I was checked in because a number of people came in after me and was being seen before me, receptionist rechecked and commented to me that someone who was suppose to bring me to the Drs. waiting rm was on the phone and forgot about me...this is unacceptable.

And if I wasn't already like really happy with Dr. [Name] I would be switching doctors. But I really, everything went absolutely awesome, and I'm really thankful that she was so wonderful.
