  • I just love all the staff. They're truly caring people.

  • Everyone was very nice and helpful.

  • All of your staff were wonderful and helpful, from the checkin to the doctor. I felt cared for and listened too. I was put at ease by my doctor with the reason I was there.

  • Staff and MD's have always been caring, professional, and the absolute best I could hope for. I willingly and humbly put my life in their hands with the utmost trust. They have always followed up with calls (which Lifespan/Brown U never has). I recommend Southcoast Health to anyone who will listen, especially over Lifespan/Brown University Health , which seems more interested in the bottom line.

  • I'm a new patient and everyone that I came across today was so nice and made me feel comfortable & welcomed.

  • All members of my clinical team were excellent!

  • I was actually taken back by the warm, friendly, caring manner that EACH staff member I encountered treated me with! It was noticeably better than most and I appreciated it immensely !

  • I am very lucky to have the team of drs I have. Dr Robisons office is one of 4 drs that I fully trust. I can discuss anything with them. I always feel like they listen to me. I don't feel rushed out the door. I feel as though I am in good hands.

  • Long waiting room time I waited 45 minutes to be called in. The nurse who talked to us spent less than 10 minutes with us and while still talking she stood up with her hand on door knob so that told me she's done. I'm very concerned and nervous for an upcoming surgery and that didn't feel very caring. Of course the visit was on Xmas eve and everyone wanted to leave but I as the patient didn't want to be there either. Otherwise the doctor was very thorough and I'm confident she'll cure me..

  • The office wait was a little longer than my appointment time. Appointment was at 10 we waited until almost 11 to be seen with no explaination as to what or why the wait.
