Originaria de Massachusetts, la Dra. Oliveira estudió en el Boston College antes de licenciarse en Medicina en la Facultad de Medicina Osteopática de la Universidad de Nueva Inglaterra en Biddeford, ME. Posteriormente, la Dra. As a new patient, I had to wait a very long time for an appointment. However, when I finally had the appointment, it was a very good experience. The Doctor was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and a very good listener.
Appointment began on time and the provider asked appropriate questions regarding symptoms, when they started and difficulties they present. She explained the components of the EMG I was there for in understandable detail, explained how soon results would be available and checked that I had a follow-up appointment for further treatment decisions.

El personal de recepción debería saludar a los pacientes inmediatamente cuando están en la ventanilla. Estuve allí al menos 3 minutos sin que me saludaran, y ella no estaba al teléfono. Sólo reconoció que había alguien en la ventanilla cuando apareció un trabajador de la ambulancia y se acercó a la ventanilla. La mayoría de los pacientes en esta oficina pueden tener dificultades para estar de pie, especialmente sin ninguna razón. Todos los demás fueron estupendos y esta es la primera vez que he tenido algún problema con alguien de la oficina. Tengo Parkinson y cáncer, por suerte hoy era un día en el que me sentía bien y no tenía náuseas. Si no, habría sido más difícil estar de pie y que no me hicieran caso.
