About Jessica Huang, MD
Jessica Huang, MD, MPH, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and School of Public Health, Piscataway, N.J.
Prior to joining Southcoast, Dr. Huang completed the Family Medicine Residency Program with Brown University at Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket, R.I. Aside from English, Dr. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
She is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians and has a special interest in women’s health. In her personal time, Dr. Huang enjoys being with her family and friends and sharing in a delicious meal.
Jessica speaks Mandarin Chinese, Spanish.

Everyone is professional and friendly
By calling me in, in a timely manner. Thus showing that they respect my time too. Both for my appointment and at the lab for blood tests.
Dr Huang listened. She was concerned about my medical condition and she followed up quickly.
I went to the lab, the kiosk check in thing is ridiculous and very confusing for elderly and non computer literateThe lab tech has to help people on and off while being a lab tech
Provider was very attentive to my concerns. Sheanswered all my questions and we worked together to come up with a plan that we were both in agreement with. She offered to assist me with referrals if needed, and promptly called in my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Blood work was done immediately, and a follow up visit with the nurse was scheduled. Extremely happy with this visit.
The right questions were asked. I felt my provider cared about me and my health. The staff were pleasant and seemed to like the job they were doing. It was a good atmosphere.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. Dr. Huang is the sweetest doctor. She listens and then addresses my concerns. You are fortunate to have Dr. Huang, and so am I.
Every thing is wonderful there every person friendly clean in side also my dr is very friendly talked with me asking questions with me I wouldn't want another dr she is the best Thank you Rose
Dr. Huang is very nice, but her wait time could be better. Waited over 20 minutes in the room before seeing her. But once she came in we talked about everything that was problematic with my health and physical condition and we made appointments to see specialists for those problems.
Dr Huang is an amazing person and doctor. She is professional, yet personal. She is kind, understanding, helpful and attentive to my needs. Best doctor Southcoast or I have ever had! I have heard this opinion from others as well.

Dr Huang always takes the time to listen to me, doesn't make me feel like "a number " in her day.
