Prompt, well versed in my medical history considering this was our first appointment together. Nurse was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. She was a great listener and relatable which made it easier to open up and discuss personal health issues.
I felt that the nurse practitioner that saw me, advised, prescribed, and questioned me was very, very special, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was completely satisfied with the way I was cared for by her. And I look forward to the next time if needed that I might meet her again and utilize her talents and knowledge. I appreciate the physicians who have her on the staff. Thank you.
Jennifer Mammen was great -- communicative, helpful, professional. My only issue with Southcoast is the difficulty of communication. Difficult to get anyone on the phone, long wait times. Hard to get appointments. The staff is great and I'm very happy with [Name] [Name] and Jennifer Mammen.

Jen, the nurse practitioner, did an amazing job of reading up on my chart and medical history. I am not her usual patient and she came into the exam room very well informed on the unique aspects of my medical history. She asked me about my concerns and explained her concerns. I was very impressed by her knowledge and thoroughness.
My appt with Jen was very thorough & I was very comfortable talking with her about all my medical needs.
The appointment was excellent. The provider provided good service and information. Overall, it was an excellent visit.
Jen was very attentive, confirming all info on file & even updating and cleaning up my meds list which no other provider took the time to do. She explaned everything in great detail answering all my questions and concerns. She never once rushed me or ignored my questions or concerns and even offered to follow up in 2-4 weeks which again has never happened before. I will request her on the future again if needed.
This was the first time I have seen Jennifer M. This was an acute appointment and I didn't really care who I saw, just needed to breath better! I really lucked out getting Jennifer given her apparent respiratory system expertise. She listened intently to my symptoms and the timeline for each before she decided on a treatment plan. Then she took the time to instruct me on the inhalers and attachment. The office staff and triage RN where all very kind and pleasant!
The NP was exceptional...very knowledgeable and informed. The exam was thorough and detailed in every aspect.
Nurse Jenny was absolutely terrific, as was the medical assistant who did the intake whose name unfortunately I do not recall. Thank you!
