Everything was more than satisfactory. NP Merman(?), was excellent in her ability to communicate and set up any specific tests or necessary appointments.
Prompt, well versed in my medical history considering this was our first appointment together. Nurse was friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. She was a great listener and relatable which made it easier to open up and discuss personal health issues.
I felt that the nurse practitioner that saw me, advised, prescribed, and questioned me was very, very special, knowledgeable, and thorough.
