My new patient appointmentWith Dr. Li was a relief. It is reassuring to have a doctor and staff who are thorough and competent.

I had some concerns and Dr. Li answered them with a clear explanation and addressed my concerns.
Dr Li and the staff were efficient but patient and caring. I was able to discuss my concerns, ask questions and make decisions after discussing care with Dr Li. She gave me printouts of lab work ordered so that I could bring the orders to the Brown Univ (Lifespan) lab that I use because of insurance. She reviewed plan with me and documented it in the visit notes and summary in My Chart. My experience was excellent as usual.
Dr. Li exceeds my expectations. She is informed, deeply knowledgeable, genuine, compassionate, and committed to helping me meet my health goals. I value her preparedness and candor when me meet. I trust Dr. Li.
