About Adam Saltzman, MD
Adam J. Saltzman, MD is the Medical Director of the Structural Heart Disease program. He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at Columbia University in New York where he was recognized as a chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Columbia before returning to Boston to complete fellowships in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Saltzman is a specialist in catheter based complex coronary interventions and valve procedures, as well transcatheter therapies for congenital heart disease. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, and interventional cardiology.
Adam speaks Spanish.

January 13th was a follow-up visit after a procedure done by Dr. Saltzman. He and his staff were exceptional. From the very beginning of my health issue through to the follow-up visit, he listened, explained and answered my questions so that my wife and I felt very comfortable with the whole scary process. He has such a good bedside manner, so uplifting. I would highly recommend him.
