Jen is an excellent NP.She does not rush you. Jen listens to you and then we discuss treatment options based on new medical complaints I have.

I loved meeting and talking with all, especially Jen, my new pcp. Great day.

Always polite and listening to my needs

Receptionist was welcoming & friendly. I saw Jen Silva soon after arriving. Jen always listens attentively. Asks good probing questions. Offers ways to alleviate discomfort. Showed genuine concern for my issue. Offeredx-ray and MRI. Got the x-ray within 40 minutes. Technician was lovely, skilled, and knowledgeable.

I appreciate Jennifer Silva. She is attentive, listens, explains, offers suggestions, is very knowledgeable, shows much concern, knows my history. I feel very confident in her knowledge and care.

Each person in the line-up, from the check-in person, to in-take nurse, to Dr Silva, to the check-out person - they are all absolutely kind and very friendly. Dr. Silva is the best though. Always personable and attentive. It is a lovely - yet professional office.

I am aways happy how wonderful every one is. They are extremely nice, listens to our reason to be there and gives good advice!

Jen the nurse practitioner I saw was just as nice and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I know I'm in good hands with the people in the office.
