About Jacqueline Rosa NP
Jacqueline Rosa received her Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rhode Island and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College.
She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association. Jacqueline is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Her clinical interests include chronic illnesses and women’s health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, cheering on New England sport teams and knitting.

Jackie Rosa is an amazing nurse practitioner and is extremely familiar with me and my medical needs. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her.
I feel confident during my appointments or calls about my health concerns w the medical office of Dr Laxer. I am a new patient as of 2025. to date, matters regarding my health and the process of calls for appointments or health issues are addressed by staff, nurses, and Dr Laxer promptly, courteously, and professionally. From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and with respect. The medical assistant that helped me was exceptional. She was friendly, courteous and attentive. Jackie Rosa the NP was also wonderful to me. She answered all my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable. I must say all the staff is exceptional. I think this office staff has it right.

I called for a sick visit and was able to be seen by the nurse the same day. She was very informative and a great listener to my issues. She was able to give me a note for work today.
My appointment went well. they took me in early before my appointment time, which was nice. she was understanding about what I was trying to ask her. this was my first time appointment with a Nurse Practitioner. she's also a good listener too.
