Erin and the front desk staff are easy to talk to
Provider was aware of my condition and needs. Visit was good, no other recommendations I can think of.

Just wish it could be on time. My televisit appointment was for 11. I received a call from her at 1235. Late by an hour and a half. She explained she was showing her elderly patients about changes with televisit appointments. A technician should be able to do that. Then appts would be more timely
I enjoyed my interaction with all staff members. They are very professional. My pain has been reduced to zero. A miracle. I wish you could move your hospital closer to Cape Cod.
I waited 30 minutes after my appt time before I was called in to an exam room and then waited another 15 to 20 minutes for the provider. This is an ongoing issue for this provider. It happens every time.

PA or CNP was courteous and knowledgeable, actually prefer her over Dr. Hope she gets paid well because she seems overbooked, considering all the patients there. However, she did still not seem rushed when tending to me.
