I was feeling sick and needed to see Dr. Minuti and I called her at 8:30 when the office opened and she saw me at 1:30 that same day. So I'm very happy.
I think the telephone problem will always exist, but it seems like the wait time, sometimes 15 to 20 minutes before you're able to talk to somebody or get through to make an appointment, is rather long. And aside from that, I can't complain about anything. Thank you.
