Elise Arsenault is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing provider. She is always very pleasant and professional. She is absolutely an huge asset to Southcoast. She listens to her patients and does everything in her power to give them the care they need. I've been trying to get on Glp1 medication for some time and insurance kept denying it. She made it happen! I'm thankful for her! I look forward to continuing my care and appointments with her! I would recommend her 10000 times over!
The front desk person who checked me in was somewhat rude. It would be nice to see a smile and a change in her voice as she asked questions. As a front desk they are your first line of business. She needs to know this and change to make people feel welcomed instead of patient feeling as though we are bothering her!
The doctors time is or should be as important as the patient's time, I'm retired as is my wife but we are still working talking care of a 99 year old at the end of her life, so time management is very important to us and the people who we work with at South Coast were on time, very professional and concerned with our health needs. You just can't go to many places and find people that are so concerned with their patients. Kudos to your employees, you should be very proud of your staff!!!!

I have been using this provider for the past year and a half and have always experienced a friendly, knowledgeable office and medical staff. Everyone has been great. The doctors and staff are always so helpful and never make you seem rushed. This office is everything I would hope to find in any professional office.

Elise is so nice and down to earth. She explains things so that I understand, she asked clarifying questions. She is supportive of my health goals and gives me ideas and sometimes the push I need to stay on track. Everyone is so nice here, which is a much different experience I typically get with my providers on Cape. The schedulers to the nurses and doctors are all so friendly and understanding. I truly feel heard and supported.
