I found her to be courteous, informative and easy to talk with.

Linking for telehealth appointment was easy and Elise connected at the exact appointment time-to the minute! She carefully explained the use of the new pen for injection. She also navigated insurance for me. I look forward to my appointments with her. She is very encouraging and supportive.

Everyone is always so helpful and encouraging!! Disappointed that the Hyannis location closed.

I recently moved to Southcoast health. I really like the Rose Brook facility and Mill road. I like that I can have multiple services done in these locations. So far everyone I have dealt with has been super nice. My wife has worked for Southcoast at St. Lukes for over 20yrs I wish I had transferred over sooner.

The entire staff is wonderful and looks to my needs. It is usually difficult to get an appointment when my NP asks for me to return. This is a very busy office but everyone tries to accommodate me as best they can.
