Patient Comments (22)

Open and easy dialogue to have a nice conversation. Openness and honesty.

Philip was easy to talk to, listened and had a sense of humor. I left my last PCP because she was extremely unapproachable and not easy to talk to. I always felt uncomfortable. While it has been since I was 12 that I had a male PCP I think I made the right decision

The NPA made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt that he respected my decisions and was very knowledgeable.

This was my first appointment as a new patient. NP Pellitier was great. He went through my chart with me and asked questions along the way. He talked me through a couple of vaccinations that I had due etc. He was very easy to communicate with and my comfort level was at ease with him.

Having the knowledge that I needed when I had questions, very friendly staff great people

I'm new with Southcoast and NP Philip. Huge difference from my pass Dr of 25 years. So happy I switched

Everything went well. Everything very polite and helpful

Medical assistant was unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

Provider was great

Was seen in a timely manner. I felt as if I was just a number and pushed right along, not by the nurses. It felt impersonal.
