This 51 year old woman presented to the office interested in improving the appearance of her abdomen with an Abdominoplasty. She has had 4 children. She underwent full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Photographs taken 3 months post-operatively.
56 year old female, Abdominoplasty, Height: 5’2, Weight: 148lbs.
Patient presented interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen with an Abdominoplasty. She has given birth to 8 children. She underwent full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Photographs taken 3 months post operatively.
59 year old female Breast Lift, Height: 5’9, Weight: 165lbs.
Patient presented a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, breast and neck pain. A Bilateral Breast Lift with Minor Reduction was performed using DuraSorb Monofilament Mesh removing 191 grams from the right breast and 110 grams from the left breast to take the patient from a 36DDD to a 36D. Photos were taken 3 months post-operatively.
46 year old female Delayed Breast Reconstruction, Height: 5’1, Weight: 188lbs.
Patient was diagnosed with Right Breast Cancer and was treated with pre-operative chemotherapy. Genetic test came back negative. The patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy and required post operative radiation therapy. 6 months following, the completion of radiation therapy, patient underwent Delayed Staged Breast Reconstruction as follows:
Stage 1: Right sided Latissimus Dorsi Flap was completed and Bilateral Natrelle Inspira tissue expanders were inserted.
Stage 2: Bilateral tissue expanders were exchanged for Natrelle Smooth Cohesive extra full profile Silicone Breast Implants 650cc on the Right (not tight) and 615cc on the Left.
Allergan is the company, Natrelle is the name of the implants.
27 year old female Breast Reduction, Height: 5’1, Weight: 140lbs.
Patient presented a long history of upper back, bilateral shoulder, breast and neck pain. Pre-operative bra size was 34G. A Bilateral Breast Reduction was performed removing 395 grams from the right and 425 grams from the left for a result post-operative bra size of 34D. Photographs were taken 4 months post operatively.
29 year old Gynecomastia Male Breast Reduction, Height: 5’8, Weight: 184lbs.
This 29 year old male presented interested in a male breast reduction. He complains of enlargement of the breasts for many years with significant breast pain. He underwent a Bilateral Male Breast Reduction with Liposuction. Photos were taken 9 months post-operatively.
36 year old female Abdominoplasty and Breast Augmentation Peri Areolar Lift, Height: 5′, Weight: 247 lbs.
Patient had interest in improving the appearance of her abdomen and was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts being too small (preoperative size 36B). She has had a prior abdominal surgery and underwent full Abdominoplasty with muscle repair as well as a Bilateral Breast Augmentation with insertion of Natrelle Smooth Round Soft Touch Moderate Profile 330cc Silicone Implants and peri-areolar breast lift. Her post operative bra size is 36C. Photographs were taken three months post operatively.
