About Katherine Stiles, MD
Katherine Stiles, MD earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Stonehill College in Easton, MA before completing her Doctor of Allopathic Medicine at State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY. She then completed a preliminary year of Internal Medicine at Brown University in Providence, RI before completing an Adult Neurology Residency and a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Brown University.
Dr. Stiles decided to become a physician because she knows that everyone has a unique story, and this career allows her to listen and help people get back to living their lives in a way they desire. She chose neurology specifically because she was intrigued by the innate problem-solving involving the complexities of teasing apart neurological conditions.
Her philosophy of care is to actively listen to each patient to better understand not only their medical concerns, but also how these affect their daily lives. Her goal as a physician is to address patients’ concerns, educate them on their conditions, and discuss the best option for their unique situation as no two patients are the same.
When not at work, Dr. Stiles enjoys gardening, crocheting and spending time with her husband and pets.

Polite, informative, knowledgeable and caring.
Dr. Stiles was wonderful - very personable, easy to talk to, listened to my issues and concerns and communicated in a way that was easy to understand. The nurse who took my vitals was also a dream to work with. She was very upbeat and friendly!
The provider listened carefully to my medical history and my medical problems that were caused by my motor vehicle vs. bicyclist accident. She offered treatments and therapies as options to consider, and she provided an expected timeline for treatment to lead to recovery.She also encouraged me to return earlier than planned for a followup appointment if I experience any unanticipated problems.
Dr. Stiles is a great doctor . She is very pleasant and is very personable. She listens to you and will do anything to help you out. She takes her time and answers all your questions. She will look into anything that needs to be looked at for your health. I would recommend her to family and friends.
Dr Stiles took the time to listen to me and refer me to other providers. She listened with an open mind and curiosity, and did not outright dismiss my experiences based on my presentation that day. She ordered further testing to help try to clarify diagnosis or any underlying conditions that have yet to be identified.
Dr Stiles had an idea of my problem and ran the test that explained why I was having a problem with my body jumping. I have gone through the run around and I'm very thankful that she has been put in my life. She is a blessing to me. Thank you.
