The staff was curious and on time. They were also very efficient.
When an appointment is booked for a certain time. You should be treated in a reasonable time. Give or take 10 or 15 minutes. But sitting in a waiting room for an hour is way to long. Seeing the treatment only takes a half hour. Outside of the wait. Everyone was good to me!
