About Kristen Medeiros DNP
Kristen Medeiros, DNP earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, MA. She furthered her expertise and skills by completing the Doctor of Nursing Practice- Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program, earning her DNP, at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Kristen’s clinical interests include Gastroenterology and Primary Care.
Kristen’s caring attitude is felt by every patient that she sees. Patient satisfaction at the end of every visit is important to her, and Kristen makes sure to go above and beyond in her care in order to provide that. Kristen worked for Southcoast Health as a Registered Nurse in the critical care unit for six years, and is familiar with the community she serves. Now, as a Nurse Practitioner, Kristen will continue to provide compassionate care to the Southcoast area.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys reading and caring for animals.

The DNP was excellent, she was knowledgeable and very helpful, felt she knew my health problem thoroughly.
I'm extremely happy with Kristen Madeirosu00A0because she listens, I'm older, and usually they just slide over you because of your age, but she listens, she asks me a lot of questions, I answer them, and I am very, very happy for her, and I hope I never lose her.

Would have liked the provider to speaking more layman terms so it would have been helpful to understand her when speaking about test results or explain what the tests are targeting in my health.

My experience in the office was great. The provider listened to me and was knowledgeable. Although my experience in the office was great I was lucky that there was a cancellation because I couldn't t get another appointment with a provider until December which I feel is unacceptable.
My appointment was at 815 and I sat in the office for 45 minutes and asked if I would be seen soon only at that time was I seen. My time is very valuable to me and to sit for 45 minutes to be seen is unacceptable

Kristen Medeiros, N.P. was excellent during my first visit with her. She answered all of my questions I had regarding my ER follow up. She scheduled endoscopy and colonoscopy along with some additional labs that weren't scheduled for my upcoming routine physical. The medical assistant was really nice too and made me comfortable. The new office add on is very professional looking and I will probably continue with Linden Tree office for gastroenterology instead of prior office.
