About Patrick Kelty, MD
Dr. Kelty received his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University, School of Medicine.
He completed a surgical internship with the National Naval Medical Center where he also completed a residency in urology.
He has special interests in male and female incontinence, perineal surgery and prostatectomy, kidney stone disease and kidney tumors.
Dr. Kelty has extensive experience with male slings for incontinence procedures.
Dr. Kelty is a member of the American Urological Association and American Society for Lasers in Medicine. He served as president of the RI Urologic Society and was previously a clinical assistant professor of Urology and Surgery at Brown University Medical School.
Dr. Kelty is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology.

Dr Kelty provided me with what I considered an excellent diagnosis for my prostate cancer, meaning based upon his medical experience for more than 20 years, he was honest and straightforward about the treatment for me going forward.

During a GI visit a short while ago I was referred to another urologist concerning an interstim procedure. I discussed this with Dr. Kelty and said I had no intention of leaving his practice. He was very supportive saying that he had worked with this other urologist. I will continue to see Dr. Kelty for routine issues.
Friendly and professional
Dr. Kelty was informed and made me feel comfortable from the moment he walked in the office. The office space was clean and organized and the staff friendly and helpful. I will be making Dr. Kelty my urologist and continue to see him for my care.
