The provider had good information about my past history and had a plan going forward to continue my health and to improve my health. Very personable, listened, gave some suggestions, and actually I followed up with some blood work, which I didn't expect. So, yeah, I was really satisfied, you know, with the provider. So, thank you.

Michelle Freitas NP is a very professional and knowledgeable cardiovascular NP. She is extremely thorough and always asks me pertinent questions regarding my cardiac health. She explains my condition very well and takes time to respond to my questions in a clear and extremely understandable way. She is an excellent Southcoast provider.

excellent, the person that took my ekg, and vitals , was great, the doctor is top notch.
Staff is always courteous, always clear and direct with us. No one really leaves us walking home without any questions unanswered. They take their time, they're not in a rush to get us in or out. You know, they're behind, you know, they apologize. If we're behind, they're willing to forgive us. You know, they'll wait 15 minutes for us or so even further if they need to. Just really appreciate the place and grateful for them being there doing what they do. God bless them. Thank you.
