Difficult to get appointment. Other than that, there were no problems. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Doctors assistant was very nice and spoke in a clear voice, easy to understand. Doctor was also very nice and explained every- thing . Will definitely recommend this place.

No long wait time. Both in the waiting room and in the exam room I was only waiting a few minutes. Provider is very friendly and willing to engage in conversation and questions about my health and treatment.

The check out customer service was extremely cold. No smile no empathy or emotion. Very uncomfortable. Check in was very kind and courteous.
She was excellent cleaned my ears , talked about ear health and we set up a hearing test for later this year

Melissa was great about assessing what I needed checked out and getting me tested for further evaluation. [Name] in the auditory testing area was phenomenal as well and really helped my anxiety. If I had known how easy the whole process would be I would've made an appointment years ago.
I would recommend my family and friends to go to this office from the check in to check out every one pleasant..as for Melissa she listened to me on what was going on with me she explained the reason whybi was feeling the way I felt she explained what she was going to do with the scope.
Everything is fine just keep doing what you're doing.

I think that the office does very well with making sure that you get reminders for your appointment, checking you in and getting you into your room extremely quickly, and making sure to get it provided to you as fast as possible. I've been there on a day when it's been, you know, busy and chaotic, and even then it's still exceptional providing. I think that they do a very good job, they explain well, and I think that it is definitely somewhere that I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys for everything that you've done for my son and for me.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable about my medical history and about reasons for my referral. They provided clear options for treatment and answered all my questions.
I had a concern about wax that might be effecting my hearing. Melissa examined my ears and removed the wax. She was able to assure me that my ears were wax free. We discussed my next step in treatment. I am very happy with the staff and clinicians I have been treated by in this office.
