He listened to me and explained how to go forward for better results, he was sympathetic and caring and I didn't feel rushed.

It took four month to get the appointment
Over all pleased with my Southcoast experiences.
Perhaps a shorter wait in the waiting room and a faster experience at the receptionist desk upon exiting.

Overall, it was a very good first visit. After hearing me out and going over my MRI results, I was referred to a surgeon.
Matt Vigilante provided me with excellent care. He listened to all my concerns and gave me excellent advice for improving my health and getting the results I am looking for. He also gave me a follow up appointment to check on my progress. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

The nurse practitioner was very caring, listened to my concerns and very polite.
I felt that the person that I was with took the time and effort to explain very thoroughly what I wanted to have known and took the time to use some illustrations, basically a bone structure so that I could get a better appreciation of what was happening and what would the therapy do for me. He was very informative and very helpful. That's really all I need to say. I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything like he did. So I give him a 10.

I was taken in on time to see the provider. However, I would have felt a little bit better if he were able to answer some of my questions.

They did everything right, they arrived safely with me, they did everything right.
PA did an awesome job, there was a small mix up in the beginning but he definitely made up for it and actually went beyond to compensate. He did not need to do that but he did and we appreciated all he did.
