Each and Every provider from the intake person to the exit desk person and the medical professionals in between seemed interested in me & my case and seeing to it that I was the focus of their attention while I was with them. I, in turn hope they felt the same respect from me.
I have been requesting a new primary care doctor for several years and to no avail. I'd like a female doctor and I do like Katie, but she is not a primary care physician. So I would give a low rating for that reason.
Katie took her time and truly listened to the mental health issues I am having and did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

My experience with the provider was exceptional, but the recommendation that I get a mammogram urgent, I have to wait 30 days for that mammogram and ultrasound, and that does not make me happy.
