The tech that showed me to my treatment room and took vitals was so nice and caring. Kathy always blows me away with her compassion, knowledge and her ability to listen to me as a patient. She encouraged me to do a test I was reluctant to do and explained the benefits. I did the test. She gave me medicine that urgent care had not been willing to do. I had been suffering with symptoms and she listened to me and came up with a plan with my input. I'm always so grateful to have her as my provider.

I'm very happy with Kathy Benavides as my provider. I'm sad that it's taking me this long to find her. She is excellent. She listens well. She's thorough. I'm very happy with my service.

I understand when the Doctor is running late. But closing the patient off in a room for 30 or 40 minutes until the doctor catches up is not right. If the Doctor is running late, let the patient remain in the waiting room until the Doctor is almost ready. Yes? No?

Kathy was great but front end continues to be less so. Barely able to understand heavily accented receptionist is a big problem. Going over information that was provided with on line check in is a waste of time.
